Oak framed extension in the New Forest

This project included a loft conversion, kitchen extension and internal renovations. The idea behind this extension is to combine the great outdoors with the interior design using oak framing and vast glazed units to make it feel as one with the outside world whilst abiding by strict local conservation regulations.

The loft conversion was carried out in the dead of winter, with all works being carried out from within and no disruption to the ground floor.

The customers wanted the continued feel of openness in their master bedroom therefore we have installed a glazed elevation that opens out onto a small balcony. You can barely notice the frameless glass balustrade beyond the French doors!

The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom is a great contrast between a modern style bathroom in a traditional home.

Continuing the oak theme this staircase was extremely challenging but has turned out looking great with a mixture of wood and ornate wrought iron spindles that give it a grand appearance.

A totally bespoke project tailored to meet the needs of this customer and their property!
